Edrizio de la Cruz is the CEO and co-founder of Arcus, a company building B2B banking APIs that gives consumers an easier way to manage and strengthen their personal finances. He immigrated to America at age 11 from the Dominican Republic and launched Arcus in Y Combinator in 2013.
